I had an amazing first-time visit to this store. The experience was absolutely perfect. I can confidently say that the fish and chips served here are the best I've ever had. Best fish fry in town!!! They do a wonderful job with takeouts. Always hot and crispy. Outstanding batter! Very clean and successful in maintaining front entrance social distancing. You will need to call ahead to pay by credit card.

I'm a first time customer and and I got two wild caught salmon fillets to try. Absolutely phenomenal piece of fish. Deep color and excellent flavor. The staff are super knowledgeable and offered valuable advice on preparation. I will be a long time repeat customer with this type of experience.
I haven’t had a fish fry in a quite a while. I had a craving for it last Friday night. My fiance and I got 2 regular fish fry dinners. (He got Mac salad instead of Cole slaw) The food was hot, fresh, the batter stayed crispy.
Wow. I think this is the best fish fry I have ever had. Good portion. Fish was nicely done, not greasy. Good fries and generous coleslaw. Nice and flavorful. It's just a completely SOLID fish fry. I ordered ahead by phone. Easy peasy.
If you know, you know...its Captin Jim's .... great fish, good sides.. I do think the fish fries have suffered a little shrinkflation over the years, but what hasn't?
